The RUL‑ET project has been recognized at the WindEurope event with one of the awards given to the best scientific posters at the conference, highlighting the quality and impact of the work carried out.
Miren Sánchez Lara, a researcher at TECNALIA Research & Innovation, was responsible for presenting the poster entitled “AI-powered data framework for predicting the RUL of offshore renewable mooring and cable systems”. The poster presents an artificial intelligence–based approach for predicting the Remaining Useful Life (RUL) of mooring and cabling systems in offshore renewable technologies, within the framework of the RUL‑ET Project.
The poster, identified with the code PO.006, was selected as one of the eight award-winning contributions among more than 500 submissions, a recognition that highlights both the scientific rigor and the industrial relevance of the results achieved.
This award strengthens RUL‑ET’s position as a benchmark initiative in innovation applied to floating offshore wind and acknowledges the joint effort of the consortium to advance technological solutions that enhance the reliability, safety, and sustainability of offshore infrastructures.
The project team congratulates everyone involved on this achievement and on their continued contribution to the development of key technologies for the energy transition.
